Terms of service

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Fight Locker. Throughout these Terms of Service, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fight Locker, an independent UK-based online retailer of boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA and related training equipment and apparel.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. ABOUT FIGHT LOCKER

Fight Locker is operated as a sole trader business in the United Kingdom.

Website: https://fightlocker.store

For customer enquiries, please use the contact details provided on our website.

Our business address and additional legally required business information will be made available in our Contact Information section.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, sizes and prices are accurate and up to date.

Product images are provided for illustration. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and manufacturer variations.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative or a refund.

We reserve the right to update product information, discontinue products or correct genuine errors on our website.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Fight Locker is not currently VAT registered. VAT is therefore not separately charged on our sales.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We use secure third-party payment providers to process transactions. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation acknowledging that we have received it.

This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, normally through a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for the affected items.

We reserve the right to decline orders where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability or another legitimate reason.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently supply products to delivery destinations made available during checkout.

Shipping costs, available services and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or within our Shipping Policy.

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If delivery is delayed, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed and resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Responsibility for goods generally passes to you when they come into your physical possession or the possession of someone you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable law.

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request a return, cancellation, exchange or refund.

For most goods purchased online, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable exceptions.

Where cancellation rights apply, you generally have a further 14 days after notifying us to return the goods.

Some products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the legal conditions for that exception are met.

Nothing in these terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

7. PRODUCT SAFETY AND RESPONSIBLE USE

Combat sports and physical training involve inherent risks. Products should be used appropriately, in accordance with manufacturer instructions and for their intended purpose.

Customers should select equipment suitable for their experience, training activity, size and requirements.

Protective equipment can reduce certain risks but cannot eliminate the possibility of injury.

Where appropriate, training should take place under suitable supervision.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

If customer account functionality is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and providing accurate account information.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

9. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use it for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business operations.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, Fight Locker's original website content, branding, design and materials are owned by us or used with permission.

Product names, logos and trademarks belonging to manufacturers and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with our services.

12. LIABILITY

We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of these terms where those losses were reasonably foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms affects the remedies available to consumers under applicable UK law.

13. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, services or legal requirements.

The version published on our website will apply to new orders placed after the relevant update. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights under existing contracts.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Consumers retain any applicable rights concerning where legal proceedings may be brought.
